  • Energy and Accessibility Planning: Design for energy efficiency and building regulations compliance from the start.
  • Preliminary Cost Estimation: Identify major cost drivers and consider cost-effective material alternatives.

    • Detailed design and planning preparation
    • Refine design: develop detailed layouts and co-ordinate with flood consultants, ecologists, structural engineer, energy consultant and others.
    • Submit for planning and negotiate through any issues.
